Meet your equestrian life coach uk:

Helping equestrians reach their full riding potential is my aim as life coach uk.

I am indeed based in the UK but in an effort to share my knowledge and experience with as many riders as possible, I have created the life coaching courses uk especially for horse riders.

Before you embark on either e-coaching or buy any of the e-books or e-courses, you may want to figure out exactly why you want to do it and where you want to go with it.

Most horse riders I know (including me!) do not have lots of money to throw at either courses or coaching...

...so having a look at your motivation is a very useful and money-saving exercise.

Best way to go about it is to have a look at your purpose in life. Even if you are a life coach uk already. If you have never really had time to write a personal mission statement, don't worry. Few riders have.

Having admitted that, I would still seriously encourage you to do so...

Defining your life's purpose by writing a personal mission statement has far-reaching effects on your life in general and your riding specifically.

Knowing what you want and why is tremendously empowering. It influences everything you do, everything you say, every decision you make.

Creating a Personal Equestrian Mission Statement(PEMS) will be, without question, one of the most powerful and significant things you will ever do to take control of you life and your riding...

...and although there are many Personal Mission Statement courses accessible on line there is only one place where you can find one created especially and exclusively for equestrians. HERE!

Subscribe to the four day e-course Your Passion, your Mission, your Purpose See how you get on, if you like the way I present things.
The nuisance is, it takes time. And time is an entity in very short supply in horse peoples' lives.

I know, I know...and I thought it was a ridiculous waste of time too, until I found myself flat on my back after a riding accident (that was entirely my own fault, of course it was) with nothing else to do but stare at the ceiling and wonder how exactly I had managed to misjudge every thing so badly.

I did suspect it had something to do with the fact that I was rushing around hundred miles an hour with more to do than I could fit into nine lifetimes...

In the mean time, for an instant lift, you can suscribe to the weekly Equestrian Quotes e-zine, and receive 5 horse care reports absolutely FREE - click below to find out more
