Dear Reader,
This website was originally created to introduce you to my Ride with Supreme Self-Confidence e-book and the Ride with Supreme Self-Confidence Workshops that I present in the south of France, just an hour north of the French-Spanish border.
Somewhere along the line, the Equestrian Life Coaching website took on a life of its own and now has 200+ pages, 2 e-zines, 4 e-courses, an equestrian book club, a huge article directory with loads of useful information, several free and for sale e-books and more than 800 members. This website is a sub domain of the website Equestrians Unlimited, that is only accessible to members of this community.
My first love remains the workshops; I love working on a one-to-one basis or in small groups and nothing makes me happier than helping riders overcome their anxiety about riding – but the e-book has offered me the opportunity to reach hundreds of readers, more than I could ever dream of helping personally.
I am a medical doctor, but it is my training in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Natural Horsemanship and Equine-assisted Learning that is most useful during the workshops. It has also helped me cope with my own frustration and fear.
For that reason the workshops are never the same from one year to the next, even if the same people insist on attending together year after year.
